Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Peaks Education. This policy explains

how refunds work.

Monthly subscriptions

  • You can cancel a monthly subscription at any time from your billing

portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing

period; you keep access until then.

  • We do not pro-rate partial-month refunds for monthly subscriptions

unless required by law.

  • You can request a refund of the most recent monthly charge if you

cancel within 14 days of the charge AND your usage in that period

was minimal (a small number of sessions). Refund decisions in this

case are at our reasonable discretion.

Semester subscriptions

  • Semester subscriptions are eligible for a refund within **14 days

of purchase** for any reason, provided your usage in that window

was minimal.

  • After 14 days, semester subscriptions are non-refundable except

where required by law.

  • Refunds of semester subscriptions also revoke any associated

promotional access (for example, the bonus access granted when you

buy next semester in advance).

How to request a refund

Email support@peakseducation.com with:

  • The email address on your account.
  • The approximate date of the charge.
  • A short explanation.

We respond within five business days. Approved refunds are issued to

the original payment method via Stripe and typically appear within

5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Disputes

If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first — we can almost

always resolve issues without involving your card issuer.
